Job Description

  • Clean, categorize and classify data to make it more usable; lead data organization strategy and improve accessibility and reliability of trends and insights gained from investigator feedback
  • Build and integrate analytical and reporting capabilities into an existing Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS) using large sets of historical and real-time feasibility data to derive valuable insights from investigator feedback, Site Identification Questionnaires (SIQ), and completed PSI projects
  • Customize data visuals for new business opportunities and ongoing PSI projects
  • Standardize tracking tools to support global site list creation for PSI projects
  • Manage and advance existing departmental tracking tools 
  • Generate data access and analysis requirements combining internal systems and real world data platforms
  • Research and recommend opportunities to adopt new technologies for continuous improvement
  • Train Feasibility department staff in data quality matters

Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • University degree, data or computer science is preferred
  • Experience in Power BI development, including DAX and Power Query (M language)
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data analysis and visualization
  • Understanding of and experience with platforms such as Azure, Monday and Confluence
  • Business analysis skills including project management, defining and documenting business requirements, writing process descriptions and drawing process diagrams in either BPMN 2.0 or UML format (preference for experience in Microsoft Visio)
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both in English and local language

Preferred:

  • Experience with other BI tools such as Tabular Editor
  • Experience with Power BI platform at premium capacity
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of analytics and machine learning concepts
  • Understanding of Agile methodology

Optional:

  • Understanding of SQL
  • Understanding of clinical research feasibility objectives and key results
