IMPROVED - a distinguished corporate finance boutique specializing in the Climate Technology, Energy, and Mobility sectors - invites you to join the team as a Marketing & Business Intelligence Intern on an impactful journey to accelerate global iconic innovation and support the transition to a carbon-free economy.

As a Marketing & Business Intelligence Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our firm's thought leadership and expertise. Your focus will be on executing marketing and business development strategies, powered by insightful data analytics. This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) of 4 to 6 months, starting from June 2024 onwards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insightful data analyses to inform strategic decision-making in marketing and business development.
• Co-create and execute visually appealing and innovative marketing campaigns that elevate our brand presence.
• Manage and curate engaging content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Plan and coordinate industry-leading events, fairs, and conferences to expand brand awareness thought leadership, and further strengthen relationships with key entrepreneurs and investors in the sectors.
• Create captivating advertisements, articles, interviews, social media posts, and investment newsletters with a data-driven approach, leveraging unique insights from our clients, partners and senior team members.

Requirements

We seek a driven and data-savvy Marketing & Business Intelligence Analyst Intern with:

• Completion of a bachelor (HBO or WO) degree in marketing/communications, business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or a relevant field. An MSc degree is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong team player attitude.
• Hands-on experience with social media management for brands (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Exceptional data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in English and preferably Dutch.
• An interest in the Technology, Energy, and Mobility sectors, and affinity for finance.
• A flexible work approach with the ability to accelerate when called upon by our clients and wider team.
