Finance Business Partner - Big Data & Security

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated experts to join our team as Finance Business Partners for Global Big Data & Security ! This finance role is suited to an expert with strong communication and analytical skills. You would be working with business leaders from various regional business units (RBUs) for the respective business line. You will have experience of managing key stakeholder relationships as you will partner with senior level operational managers.

We are seeking a strategic partner who is innovative, builds business value, and is a key member of the team who looks forward and provides meaningful information whilst giving key insights to drive performance!

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial analysis and control to cover the operational P&L (from ER/PM to cost categories below PM, including the R&D domain)
• Drive initiatives for optimization of financial performance and strive to improve performance in the RBUs
• Month-end closing analyses, support to rally actions when requested and to push both the sales and operations to implement them
• Provide expert financial and accounting advice to GBL and local stakeholders (both operations or finance) to facilitate decision making process;
• Support to budget definition process and monthly, quarterly forecasts
• Responsible for the recurring and ad-hoc reporting
• Drive process automation and optimization
• Review of P&L and BS statements of the business line in scope
• Overlooking sovereign customer contracts within EU

Job requirements:

• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Track record of 4+ years of experience in Finance / Controlling
• Pro-active behaviors that put in balanced improvements in business processes, governance and controls, demonstrate initiative and positive work ethic to ensure activities are delivered to the required time, budget and quality
• A broad understanding of SAP, Clarity Reporting and other financial systems
• Collaborative approach and ability to contribute towards setting strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey messages to a wide range of partners at varying levels of seniority
• Problem solving skills and experience in change management and transformation
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong planning and prioritizing according to business needs
