This is an incredible opportunity for someone who graduates 1-2 years ago, has a keen eye for data, has technical experience and perhaps some day wants to become a technical co-founder. You will be joining a team of 15-20 incredible people, with a working product and millions in annual revenue. This is a hands-on role with some management included.

Growth Kitchen is on a mission to make eating great food the norm. Our platform enables kitchen operators to sell well-known restaurant brands, such as The Athenian from their existing kitchens. We have recently raised a funding round, are selling 10s of millions of GBP food every year and scaling fast. Our AI, data and tech are solid - but still in early days with lots of exciting opportunities to get stuck in.

About the Role 🌯

We are looking for a Technical Product / Growth Manager who will lead in building best in class platform products for the food delivery space. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience as part of an engineering or data team. The ideal candidate is technical (python, SQL) with some experience in early stage startups. You are comfortable with service to a service architecture, APIs, ML models and data structures; while being able to make decisions on non-technical challenges (e.g. take part in product conversations, speak to customers, run quick analysis on Google Sheets, or just sometimes pick up work that doesn't really belong to you in order to build the business).

You will work with our operations and customer success teams as well as our customers to build data-led products that improve the performance, sales and profits of 100s of kitchens that cook food for delivery. Our AI-driven analytics product finds a way to maintain quality and good sales across all of them without increasing the headcount of support, account management and operations linearly. We have the foundations (data structures, basic AI models), however, you will have an opportunity to take this a lot further. We've gone from zero to one; you will take us from one to ten.

Requirements

What you will be doing 🍔

  • improve our AI engine to handle increasingly complex user queries - and send proactive messages (we have a working and live v1)
  • own and improve our data structure (SQL)
  • work with founders, designers, engineers, customers and operating teams, managing priorities and help make decisions
  • balancing scalable and non-scalable data analytics to figure things out and drive our company towards a data-led culture

What you need 🍣

  • curious about new technologies, especially AI
  • 1-2 experience working as an engineer or data analyst - with a keen interest in general business and company building
  • Alternatively you have 1-2 years of strategy consulting or banking experience - with a technical data / software eng. education
  • not shying away from being part of an early stage company and behaving like a technical cofounder, wearing many hats, for example running some quick analysis on Google Sheets
  • ability & desire to work with and guide our off-shore engineering team's priorities

Benefits

  • Competitive salary 🤠
  • Significant stock options ✌️
  • Pension Scheme
  • 25 days of holiday + Bank Holidays 🌍
  • ClassPass subscription 🏃‍♀️
