Your responsibilities would include:

• supporting the design of DQ service operations in Krakow to facilitate the scale up of DQ Factory capabilities
• building capabilities for functions running strategic programs to more accurately understand and plan for the work required to get data ready for change (e.g. data readiness assessments for migrations).
• supporting programs with setting up and embedding data quality processes in alignment with the defined process framework
• supporting programs/strategic initiatives with cleansing activities
• functioning as an ambassador of Data Quality best practices by, for example, operating according to processes, adopting the tools and technologies available, giving presentations when required etc.
• searching for constant process improvement opportunities using the latest technology and synergies
• engaging with stakeholders from Groups, Regions and Operating Companies, including with senior colleagues in HEINEKEN.
• keeping up with relevant developments in own area of expertise, and ensuring development, transferring 
• assuring continuous improvement to data management processes and practicing in the area of Data Quality.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• proven experience of shaping new services, managing delivery and supporting people development
• ability to see the big picture, prioritise and define/ deliver realistic plans
• experience of working with senior stakeholders to capture needs, and respond to feedback in a pro-active manner
• defining DQ strategies and driving data quality significant improvements
• experience with change management, solutions oriented and continuous improvement
• good knowledge and experience in managing data
• proven record of ERP solutions (SAP/S4Hana). Knowledge of other solutions is a plus.
• excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing)
• ability to work in a fast paced environment, meet deadlines and perform at high standards.
