Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Within the Bosch Group, our Corporate Quality department, responsible for Bosch quality management tools and processes worldwide, is expanding its global team in Portugal. As a Global Quality Data Reporting Expert, you will define Bosch’s quality indicators for reporting in a global scale and across multiple businesses. For that you will:
- Define data reporting strategy for the Bosch Group corporate quality;
- Design and implement data reporting processes for quality indicators in all Bosch divisions, closely collaborating with quality experts within Bosh Group;
- Analyze data trends and patterns, as well as assure tracking of the main quality indicators, to provide valuable insights for strategic decisions and improvements;
- Promote internal and external networks of expertise in data reporting and industry trends and best practices;
- Define regulation and governance principals for corporate quality in Bosch Group.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Degree in Data, Business, Engineering or similar;
- Experience and know how:
- Experience in data reporting and analysis, preferably in a global organization;
- Experience working with large datasets and databases;
- Good understanding of data governance principles and regulatory requirements related to quality indicators reporting;
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation;
- Knowledge of ERP Systems, specifically SAP;
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling methodologies;
- Working Style and Methods: Analytical, detail oriented and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work within a team environment and to create a good network inside and outside the company;
- Personality: proactive and autonomous, with an assertive communication style. Interested in continuous development and working in an international set up, with ability to adapt and influence;
- Languages: very good knowledge and communication in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
