This role is based in Poland. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland or have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.

The Product Data Analyst position is responsible for exploring Jamf product and business datasets to gather insights and trends. The Product Data Analyst’s role is to translate the data available in different tools to facilitate the decision-making process related to the product roadmap. Their analysis skills and data-driven insights will help us understand the underlying data behind our users and products, power strategic decisions, evaluate success of initiatives, and unlock business opportunities for the company. This person will be accountable for building relationships to align with the other Jamf analysts and prevent siloed data exploration.
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and gaps to inform decisions
- Create engaging and accurate reports and dashboards about Jamf products
- Maintain, prioritize and deliver backlog items
- Maintain Subject Matter Expertise of Jamf products & user workflows
- Collaborate with other analysts and business leaders to create a data-for-all culture
- Verify & maintain quality of warehoused product data
- Ensure accuracy of data reporting
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
What we are looking for:
Required skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience performing product and business data analysis with large datasets, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience using data visualization tools to provide insights to data consumers
- Experience with basic SQL query building
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
- Capable of delivering data while adhering to the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with effective listening and a strong collaborative attitude, able to share concise status updates
Preferred skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of Jamf products, features, and end users
- Knowledge of Agile development practices
- Able to derive and present insights from imperfect, varied and inconsistent data sources using a scientific approach
- Experience championing and applying Data Governance principles
- Able to confidently challenge and refine the scope of work
- Analyzes a problem systematically and makes recommendations for a solution
- Familiarity with the following (or comparable) tools is preferred: Domo, Tableau, Snowflake, Salesforce, Alation, Jira, ServiceNow, Pendo, New Relic, Google Analytics, Segment, LaunchDarkly
