Intern Project Details
Develop a predictive analytics solution to discern customer preferences, behavioural patterns, and evolving market trends across various channels.
This solution should seamlessly offer personalized product recommendations, mitigate decision fatigue, streamline product discovery, accurately forecast churn likelihood, and optimize omnichannel strategies for sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection and Cleaning
- Collecting, processing, and cleaning data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Preparing data sets for analysis by identifying and addressing any inconsistencies or missing values.
- Data Analysis
- Analysis of large datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
- Development of predictive models and algorithms.
- Model Development and Evaluation
- Development and implementation of machine learning models for predictive analytics and enabling stakeholders to use these models for outreach campaigns.
- Evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics and making recommendations for improvement.
- Data Visualization
- Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Utilizing tools such as Tableau to create compelling data visualizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or scikit-learn.
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
