Sensor Tower seeks a Manager of Data Operations to support our Professional Services team as it continues to grow and scale. This pivotal role will support clients with data delivery while seeking opportunities to further streamline, scale and expand our data operations.

Responsibilities

• Learn our current data operations end to end with the final goal of identifying opportunities to upgrade and adapt for future growth
• Create the data models necessary to successfully deliver custom data current and future clients
• Coordinate with our engineering team to plan and execute on the next generation database
• Support and grow our data quality function to ensure all data deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards 
• Support the integration of data between Pathmatics and Sensor Tower as we operationalize the merger between our two companies
• Interface with our data tagging team abroad and ultimately manage the relationship as it changes over time
• Ultimately lead the expansion of the Data Operations team as we continue to grow

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Wizard, and not shy to showcase your skills.  Let’s be honest - you freakin love Excel and you live to build models that empower people and efficiency.  This is your passion and you can’t wait for the next assignment
• Beyond Excel, you have a passion for data, not just analysis and insights, but database coding, management and optimization
• You have experience writing db code in a variety of languages and can QA code to ensure it’s error free
• You have a feel for and understand the end-user of the tools you help design
• You are excited to join an entrepreneurial culture dedicated to high speed growth in a very competitive industry
• You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• You’re a self-starter with a high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

The Pro Services team delivers customized data to some of our highest value clients, and this position will manage and develop the tools and processes necessary to enrich and deliver the data perfectly at a regular cadence.
