Main Responsibilities

• We will work a lot with data so SQL is a must to extract it, we need someone who knows the language well.
• We will need direct involvement with execution - we need people who are capable of leading projects, we will need to create ways to measure results in detail to improve future decision making across Rappi.
• We will support regional leaders in decision-making. We need someone who can lead at the top level and make strategic decisions quickly
• We will be finding key insights that work as leverage for our key projects
• We will be working and learning with automation tools that build a fast-paced environment

What you will do and Learn

• Retrieve data from different sources using SQL
• Process, clean and verify the integrity of the data used for the analysis.
• Conduct research to answer business and industry questions.
• Use large data sets to respond to business problems.
• Work with the data science team to find faster solutions to data-driven problems.
• Work with various areas of Rappi to understand how to better solve each problem without affecting the other areas, and know what other data sets or tools exist.
• Expand knowledge in Data Science and algorithms by implementing projects in Python and R that increase complexity over time.
• Help develop reports and analysis, as well as share ideas and next steps.

Key Requirements

• Work experience as a data analyst
• Communication skills
• Medium or high experience in SQL & Excel
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Periscope
• Experience in handling large data sets and relational databases.
• Python/R or any other statistical language is a plus
• Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning concepts is a plus
• Automation pipeline tools such as Airflow is a plus
• People with a good business sense, who have already led projects and had a lot of contact with decision making is a plus
• People who have contact with presentations and data structuring that illustrate argument defenses is a plus
