Because when design is led by inspiration, invention by insight, and engineering by experience we believe that nothing is impossible! About the OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Program Manager to support GTA Analytics. This methodical yet imaginative thought leader will help build the strategic roadmap for talent acquisition strategy and initiatives by exploring and using data to inform key decisions. As a collaborative partner, you will be tasked with gaining a deep understanding of our key functions and leveraging data to inform leadership of trends, challenges, and areas of opportunity. By helping to better align people, process, and technologies through data, you have the opportunity to challenge convention, innovate, enable leadership effectiveness, and enhance both the candidate and employee experience.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with recruiting leadership to define, evaluate, and report on key metrics for the Talent Acquisition organization on a global level, supporting the team’s ability to problem solve, make informed decisions, and respond to business inquiries.

  • Lead the talent acquisition data and insights initiatives, working alongside strategic workstream drivers to include HR, Operations, Finance, and Workforce Planning to ensure an iterative, data lens informs on projects while advocating for continuous improvement.

  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support evolving business needs, time sensitive data requests to inform recruiting operations, insights to inform strategic initiatives, and support quarterly business reviews. Translating complex findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborate with partners to develop new approaches to collecting and analyzing data including the adoption of tools and technology to deepen analytics and reporting insights and create additional reports needed to capture additional data from HR systems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar discipline
  • 5+ years in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in Recruiting or Human Resources
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (QUERY, pivot tables, macros, visualizations, etc.)
  • Experience with emerging technologies such as Power BI and/or Tableau
