  • Establish a roadmap of improvements for the optimization of supplier and product data into the Fullscript systems.
  • Partner with IT & Engineering to bring improved tooling for Product Information Management.
  • Effectively manage and drive a team to successful outcomes, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive in when needed.

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to understand what those details mean to the business.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build and maintain relationships with internal customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present to colleagues at all levels of the company.
  • The ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies within large data sets, and a demonstrated ability to plan and execute the resolution of issues within a clearly communicated timeframe.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data management or data governance; preferably in the CPG or Retail world.
  • Experience leading a team to consistently successful outcomes; skilled in prioritization, delegation, resource management and efficiency
  • Proven experience in data policy development, data quality management, and data process improvement.
  • Proficient in data modeling, data mapping, data warehousing, and data integration.
  • Experience tying business strategy to data requirements, and developing organized execution plans.
  • Familiarity with relevant technology and software platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
