Telemetry is a foundational requirement for a Cloud business to understand user behavior and develop better product. As part of the Product Telemetry Platform program, Talend is putting in place a reliable and robust central telemetry data service to develop internal data-driven analytics and smart customer facing applications or features.​
As part of that team, we are looking to hire a Data Analyst profile with the following mission:
-        Acquiring data from data sources and maintaining databases-        Collaborate with existing Analytics team and Data Scientists-        Explore and visualize data-        Understand technical requirements-        Data quality insurance-        Participate in Data Warehouse modeling-        Test automation
Required skills:
-        Ability to analyze large datasets[JC1] -        Strong verbal and written communication skills-        An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with attention to detail-        Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques-        Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy-        Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findingsLanguage knowledge:-        Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)-        Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)Experience level and attitude:-        3 years of proven experience as a data analyst.-        Interested by digital Transformation, data Science/Analytics and data Governance.
Language knowledge:
-        English (Professional).
