About the Role
The Order Management Data Analyst is part of the Sales Operations team supporting transactional activities for global order processing. This position works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance,  and Legal in the processing of the Company’s orders, which primarily include Subscription Services, Cloud Services, Professional Services, and Training. The Order Management Data Analyst will be passionate about data management and understand the importance of data integrity. The day-to-day revolves around helping uphold the data integrity of our CRM (SalesForce.com). In addition, during the end of the quarter, you will be responsible for the organization, fulfilment, booking, and documentation of all transactions and ensuring compliance with all Company and business policies
What you’ll do 
Dive into data looking for deficiencies and errors, correct any issues when foundDrive problems to resolution by being the first point of contact for all general Salesforce troubleshooting through our ticketing system; AtSpokeProvide support to our global team by helping create and manage ad-hoc reports/dashboards in SalesforceDrive business process improvements and initiatives; support best practice efforts in the Quote to Cash and Revenue processesAnticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed timely and efficiently and participate in UAT testing for system enhancementsMaintain accuracy of transactions to ensure consistent integrity in financial reporting and conduct monthly reconciliations and other oversight/audit activity to monitor compliance with our revenue compliance booking requirements using Excel and SFDCCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve order issues and support ad-hoc assignments as requiredProcess and manage orders in Salesforce in accordance with executed contracts and ensuring successful integration into NetSuite for billing as requiredSupport increased workload and additional hours when required i.e. month-end/quarter-end periods
What we’re looking for
2+ years related experience, preferably in an Enterprise Software or SaaS environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferredExperience with Salesforce (CPQ)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with large data sets preferredPrevious experience in order management or sales operation role preferredStrong business acumen and understanding of sales process (forecasting, bookings, revenue)Understands the importance of data hygiene within SalesForceMust be able to work in San Francisco (PST) / London (GMT) timezones
