This role rests within the Insider team, part of the Marketing function of Myntra. The Insider team is responsible for Myntra’s most loyal customers - Myntra Insiders.The team focuses on driving maximum traffic, revenue and engagement from these customers by ensuring a truly differentiated experience and rewards. 

The team depends heavily on data for driving various initiatives (examples include measuring impact from experiments, forecasting sales and traffic for upcoming months and sale events, predicting churn, performing deep-dives on critical problem areas etc.) and hence requires a good mix of analytical storytellers and planners to be part of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Broad responsibilities will include:

  • Own and Manage all aspects of Insights & reporting for the loyalty program from problem definition to insight delivery, influencing marketing action
  • Using data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights & recommendations to enable decision making
  • Draft daily Revenue, Traffic & other input metric plan/forecast for different customer cohorts for BAU and event days. Monitoring these metrics & deep-dive analyses for problem-solving sessions will also be a key part of the role
  • Being the “data backbone” of the various campaigns run by the team – this will involve designing the experiments, creating the A/B bases and finally measuring the impact. The recruit will need to liaison with other cross-functional teams (product, revenue etc.) to provide entire feedback loop during the execution of these campaigns
  • Data visualization and reporting for easy consumption of insights for senior and middle management
  • Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the organization

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for Math and Business and ability to get their hands from the get going 
  • 1-3 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst in the E-Commerce domain would be preferred 
  • Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL, R/Python. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage
  • Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects
  • Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal

Qualifications

  • B Tech/BE or equivalent from a reputed college
