Reporting into the Sr. Manager of People Analytics, you will be an integral member of the HR Analytics function. You will help bring our strategy to life and provide input and guidance along the way. You have experience building enterprise-wide critical HR metrics and dashboards to provide data to partners when they need it. You have a proven understanding of analytics and thoroughly enjoy sharing your insights.

What you will be doing

• Building out insights and analyses to guide partners to make more data informed decisions around their people
• Translate data into digestible formats and thoughtful narratives.
• Assess, develop, and build (where needed) a flexible data model able to aid in the creation of thoughtful and sophisticated analytics.
• Partner with HR and Business Leaders to provide business insights, dashboards and analytics.
• Cultivate positive relationships with leaders across HR.
• Perform analyses supporting key corporate and business initiatives leading to data driven insights.
• Build automated, scalable, solutions.

What you will bring

• 3 to 5 years of analytical experience providing insights and recommendations to executive level partners
• Experience building out data warehouses and data models to enable creation of dashboards
• Experience building executive level dashboards in Tableau (or willingness to learn Tableau)
• Proficiency in an analytical programming language (R/Python/Scala/Julia,etc.)
• Solid understanding of Workday, Alteryx, and ServiceNow
• Willingness to quickly adapt and learn new tools to deliver the end result
• Understanding of SOAP APIs (specifically Workdays) a major plus
• Strategic, critical problem solver who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds; real passion for problem solving
• Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, and lead change
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• High degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in sophisticated and critical situations.
• A sense of humor and ability to roll with the punches definitely a plus.
