Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Business, Life Science, or a closely related field, plus five (5) years of work experience as a Commercial Operations Specialist, Business Process Analyst, or related occupation performing commercial operations work in the pharmaceutical industry or with clients in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, employer requires:

• Demonstrated ability with IT Design, Implementation, or analytics platform support gained through three (3) years of work experience;

• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical Channel Data gained through three (3) years of work experience; and

• Demonstrated ability developing pharmaceutical channel data reporting solutions gained through three (3) years of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.

Employer will accept work experience gained post- baccalaureate but pre-Master’s degree.

15% domestic travel required.

The selected candidate will earn a wage of $186,846 to $243,200 per year, depending on experience.

Salary Range: $149,400.00 - $199,400.00 annually

BeiGene is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
