Expert Product Owner (Artificial Intelligence)

We currently have a vacancy for an Expert Product Owner fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will work remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

Your tasks

• Work within the agile process for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
• Interact and validate requirements with the business as well as propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements;
• Create, maintain, prioritize, and sequence the product backlog based on business value or return on investment;
• Create user stories and acceptance tests from themes and features granular enough for a single sprint as well as participate in retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings
• Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint and organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint;
• Facilitate the acceptance of the product by the business and provide progress reporting;
• Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects and bugs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 16 years;
• At least 10 years of experience in large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems and specifically artificial intelligence solutions, collaborative platforms, and cloud solutions;
• At least 10 years of experience in Application Management Lifecycle;
• At least 5 years of experience in Linked data, semantic interoperability, knowledge graphs, Agile, and Agile Toolbox such as Jira, Confluence, and Balsamiq;
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management and IT security and data protection principles, methodologies and tools;
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital health: biomedical vocabularies and ontologies, formats and standards (e.g., DICOM, HL7, FHIR), and Electronic Health Record products and technologies;
• Certificate in one of the following: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe Product Owner;
• Certificate in ITIL or Project Management would be considered an asset;
• Excellent command of the English language.
