The impact of the role:

The Data Scientist role will be a critical team member of our Data Chapter responsible for leveraging advanced analytics to extract actionable insights, solve complex problems and promote a data-centric approach to decision making across organization.

On a given day, a Data Scientist spends time in:

• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and develop predictive models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end projects from inception to production.
• Run experiments to determine the value of new product concepts and identify new opportunities that align with our business objectives.
• Communicate data-driven insights and to non-technical audiences, through clear visualizations and data storytelling.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Scientist role. Experience working on optimization problems and smart city, automotive, and mobility applications will be highly appreciated.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and optimization modeling.
• A proven track record working with production systems.
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex, real-world challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Amazing if you have:

• Experience with data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering in NLP scenarios.
