Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Project and Program Management, with expertise in overseeing complex Data Analytics and Cloud Migration projects. The candidate should excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously, thrive in ambiguous environments, and demonstrate advanced technical skills in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee multiple Data Analytics and Cloud Migration projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Utilize advanced Project Management Software (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.) to plan, monitor, and control project activities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, contract management, and financial analysis.
• Implement and manage project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
• Effectively manage stakeholders and communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment with project objectives.
• Apply risk management strategies to anticipate and address potential challenges in project execution.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of SDLC, CRISP-DM, and the fundamentals of Data & Analytics and Cloud Migration projects.
• Provide technical documentation and guidance to project teams, ensuring a clear and organized record of project activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement best practices in project delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• 9+ years of experience in Project and Program Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Management Software (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Strong technical skills in project planning, scope and contract management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and risk management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, CRISP-DM, Data & Analytics, and Cloud Migration projects.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• PMP and Agile certifications are highly desired but not mandatory.
