Data Science and AnalyticsThis is a unique opportunity to join as one of the founding members of the Data Science and Analytics function within the Sales Strategy and Operations team, playing an integral role in driving the strategy, insight and operations that enable our sales department to run better, faster, and smarter.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics projects: translate complex business questions into concrete data analysis problems, improve on existing or build new models, deliver solutions, monitor outcomes and iterate on them
• Build scalable infrastructure: build reliable, efficient and scalable infrastructure using state-of-the-art technology
• Improve data quality: constantly iterate on ways to improve the quality of our data, including building tools to monitor, validate and scrub our existing data as well as evaluating the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline
• Strong analytical skills - you are able to structure concrete and sensible analyses to answer key business questions and drive decision-making
• Knowledge of statistical and machine learning concepts and techniques
• System and operational thinking - you thrive to build databases, tools and processes that are scalable and well documented for both technical and non-technical users
• Experience with Python, SQL, and ability to quickly pick up new things; experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Looker, Salesforce Apex would be a plus
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across the organization to drive successful outcomes
