Location: Remote- US

As Twilio experiences rapid growth, we are seeking a Legal Data Analytics & Reporting Manager who will be a key member of the Legal Operations team responsible for building and developing this critical function for the legal team.  Reporting directly to the Director of Legal Operations, this individual will take on the responsibility for the department’s statistics, analyses, modeling, key metrics and legal team reporting through the use of BI tools.  This is a unique opportunity to build this function in a high growth environment where data driven decision making is a top priority.

Who?

Twilio is looking for a highly motivated data analytics professional who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of proposing innovative legal data visualization opportunities, drawing out key take-aways for leadership and who can use data to tell compelling stories.  This individual should also have demonstrated experience:

  • 4+ years experience with business intelligence and dashboard tools such as Tableau/
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business analytics, statistics, machine learning, operations research, computer science engineering or equivalent experience.  Experience in the legal field is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Employing statistical techniques with big data initiatives and tools to drive operational business decisions.
  • Answering complex questions through data science, analysis, and clearly communicating findings to multi-functional teams for direction.
  • Developing analytics, visualizations and other ad hoc reporting that provide significant insights to the details and efficiency of spend.
  • Analyzing the existing processes, tools and deliverables for effectiveness and ease of use, helping to drive scalable systems that integrate with other data systems and eBilling tools, using data to deliver a level of detail that helps the business.
  • Seeking opportunities to improve data collection, reporting and consumption based on business needs.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and technical resources across many levels of the organization.
  • As a strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity in a high growth environment

This role is eligible for remote work anywhere in the United States. The ranges below are ONLY relevant for Colorado. 

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 

Salary:

Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: 90,752 - 124,784

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: 79,408 - 109,186

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
