As a Data Analyst on the IFP Growth Strategy Team, you will work closely with members of Oscar's sales, strategic partnerships, business, finance, legal, plan design, marketing, and network teams to analyze and optimize growth and retention strategies across the individual and family plans (IFP) line of business for Oscar.

You will report into the Manager, IFP Growth Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Growth Strategy to devise KPIs and metrics for strategic projects and build tracking processes for reporting out on actual vs. targets
  • Audit, collect feedback, and revise key reporting dashboards used by the Growth Teams
  • Stand up new reporting dashboards for ad-hoc campaigns and/or projects
  • Work closely with Growth Teams to understand what data sources (new and existing) are most useful in accelerating sales and managing distribution
  • Support Data Team with ad-hoc data pulls and analysis

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions)
  • SQL knowledge, experience with BigQuery and Periscope are required

Bonus points:

  • Healthcare experience and an understanding of provider/payer markets.

It means that we cultivate an environment where people can be their most authentic selves and find both belonging and support. We're on a mission to change health care -- an experience made whole by our unique backgrounds and perspectives.
