As a Data Analyst, you’ll become a member of a cross-functional Product department. Your future team will be self-sufficient, consisting of Product Owner, Engineers and you, a Data Analyst, to have all the skills necessary to ship new features to our members, fast. 
Data Analyst in this position will be embedded in a product team in the Growth domain. The team’s backlog will be dedicated to the Marketing department. The Marketing department will define the priorities and deliverables for the team, while the product team will translate the requirements into roadmaps and deliver on them. You can expect to work with things like CRM, virality, SEO, etc. The role will require a high degree of collaboration between the product team and the Marketing Analytics.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have very strong business skills backed up with the core technical skills (ability to use dashboards, SQL querying, knowledge of statistical tests) and marketing experience (or at least an interest in, and knowledge of, marketing analytics). 

In this position, you will:

  • Bridge the gap between your product team and Marketing Analytics
  • Identify opportunities for your team to improve business metrics
  • Analyse identified opportunities to understand their scope and impact (i.e. size opportunities) 
  • Bring valuable data insights to the team around efficient growth through marketing, virality, on-brand
  • Support development of CRM, SEO and other tools

About You:

  • Highly business-results-oriented and comfortable with iterative processes
  • A good communicator who can present results in an informative and persuasive manner to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Able to extract, transform and interpret data
  • Keen on collecting and sharing business insights with your team/company
  • A degree in statistics, econometrics, economics, business or a similar field
  • 2+ years of analytical / BI or similar work experience
  • Scripting experience (e.g. SQL) and experience with dashboarding tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (R, Python, Stata, Matlab etc.)
  • Excellent at communicating in written and spoken English

Bonus skills:

  • Previous experience with Marketing Analytics
  • Strong econometrics knowledge (statistical models, regression analyses)
  • Advanced knowledge of R/Python/Scala

The intended salary range for this position is 2,200–3,500 € (gross) per month (can be negotiated given relevant experience and performance).
