The Data team at H1 plays a crucial role in creating that future. It is our role to fuel the content (data) that drives the H1 platform and insights for our customers. Our team of researchers, data analysts, and operations managers are experts at collecting, understanding, integrating, and analyzing life sciences and healthcare data. We are a large team with a global presence motivated by the goal to rapidly and efficiently build the H1 platform with the most relevant, up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive content (data) in the world. Delivering on this vision will enable H1 to transform the healthcare industry through data interoperability and increased information transparency. 
We are a hyper-growth startup with high aspirations, starting with the goal of creating the single source of truth for insights on healthcare professionals throughout the world, and we need to grow our team quickly to deliver against these aspirations.
The RoleThe Data Operations Program Manager, a member of the Data Acquisitions & Operations group within the Data team, is accountable for building and maintaining processes and systems to improve the Data team’s cross-functional program execution, transparency and metric-driven decision making. The operations manager will assist with the delivery of critical data programs and work across teams, including (but not limited to) synchronizing priorities across data domains and the commercial team, scoping data procurement opportunities, and translating business requirements for large data program initiatives. 
The Data Operations Program Manager will develop and monitor critical KPIs to measure the success of the data team and the H1 platform’s content. You will report out these metrics through our internal H1 Data HeatMap and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing that dashboard. In addition, you will serve as the data team communications manager, developing all-hands materials, drafting newsletters, among other activities to improve the transparency of the team.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years work experience from management consulting, an operations function, or in a high-pace problem solving / project management role
  • Data savvy with experience and interest in analyzing large datasets 
  • Able to problem solve by synchronizing inputs across multiple stakeholders, including senior executives with competing priorities
  • Strong communicator, both written and oral 
  • Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous situations 
  • Great team player, intellectually curious, and excited to learn on the fly
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or Tableau is a plus (not required)
  • Experience working with, or eagerness to learn, SQL, or Python is a plus (not required)
  • Experience with life sciences and healthcare is a plus (not required)
  • Startup experience is a plus (not required)
