Data Analyst

Position: Data AnalystLocation: RemoteDuration: Long term
Responsibilities: Analyze Customer Source System Data for Integration / Migration and match with Business Requirements. Verify User functional Stories aligns with data provided. Ensure data aligns to domain requirements. Identifyo duplicateso missing required datao primary identifierso dependent data Clean Up / Fix data in Customer Source systems or our application when gaps in Requirements are identified. Validate Data in our Application against Source system post migration. Identify gaps in data or requirements to create appropriate change orders. Help with or create Data Mapping of Source fields to Target System field.o Help create new fields as necessary. Document transformation requirements for mapping Source to Target system. Work with the project management team to prioritize business and information needs. Help in locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.
Requirements: Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst Technical expertise on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud data models, database design development Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
