What this role is about
We’re looking for an analytic and proactive Customer Success Data Analyst to join our team in Colombia. You’ll be supporting the analytical side of our Customer Success team, relying on high levels of skill in data analysis and database use while also developing long-term relationships that increase renewals and  upsells. Your priorities will be using your data-related skills to help expand Slang implementations and build loyalty among our B2B accounts in the four segments we serve: companies, universities, ESL schools, and governments.

Education, knowledge and skills required

  • Undergraduate studies in Management, Industrial Engineering or any other related fields.
  • 6+ months of experience with databases, business consulting, strategy, data analysis, market research, or other related fields (internship experience is valid). 
  • High proficiency in Excel. 
  • Data-driven mindset, hands-on attitude, and proven background as a problem solver. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2) level of English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. 
  • Attention to detail, extremely well-organized and analytical. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
  • A passion for Slang and the problem we’re solving
  • A plus: SQL proficiency.

Our US headquarters is located in the Cambridge Innovation Center in the heart of downtown Boston, easily accessible by public transportation and alongside other innovative companies. Our Colombia office is located in the Rosales neighborhood of Bogotá and in the Ruta N Innovation district of Medellín. Our México City office is located in Montes Urales WeWork.
