We are looking for Sr. Customer Data Analyst to innovate, win, and grow with us in Portsmouth, NH.

The Global Customer Operations organization develops insights about Customers by analyzing SaaS solution usage, lifecycle engagement, opportunity pipeline as well as third party macro economic and industry information. The analyst also designs and develops reporting for key performance indicators and operational metrics.

This position can be based out of an open location in the United States

How you’ll Contribute:

  • Support and define key performance indicators and metrics which are indicators of Customer health
  • Work with data engineers and architects to define data requirements necessary for insights analysis
  • Understand the concepts of machine learning and advance analytics to collaborate with Data Scientists to complete new projects
  • Support management with global Customer KPI’s and Metrics reporting
  • Partner with Journey Architects to determine new metrics to measure the success of key projects and programs
  • Anticipate analytical needs by understanding Bottomline’s solutions, customer segments, go to market strategies
  • Experience with scoring methodologies, including calibration
  • Strong capability to define metrics necessary for data driven decision making and determining next best action
  • Develops score cards to deliver desired business outcomes and regularly calibrates to ensure outcomes are achieved
  • Trains employees and managers on reporting and analysis, as well as reporting tools

What will make you successful:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in data analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree In Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Power BI         
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed project management abilities
  • Advanced knowledge Business Intelligence tools, in terms of how to effectively define data table requirements, and how to design and develop effective interactive dashboards
  • Able to conceptualize and explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Can quickly learn and apply new analytical technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
