You want to help marketing teams make data-informed decisions and actions, you have a curious mindset, and are motivated to understand our business better.
The perfect candidate will be responsible for the attribution model from first click to close, working hand-in-hand with your peers in Marketing and Sales operations. Supporting a team of Marketers to measure and analysis every element of their campaigns, but more than this, actively advising them on the best tactics based on the data you see and the industry best practice’s that you know.
This is a full-time position located in the UK reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, working with a great team of fellow marketers, supporting a fast-growing field sales organization.

Responsibilities
- Own the attribution model using Bizible.
- Identify and analyze trends or patterns in complex data sets in Marketo, Salesforce, Google and other systems.
- Build data models to accelerate the business by providing deeper insights into visitor and customer behavior, and fee the teams hunger for insights.
- Tight collaboration with the Sales Operations team to ensure we are all looking at one set of the truth – data is completely aligned.
- Guide Marketers on what they should be measuring and how.
- Build a robust self-serve analytics platform for Marketing and the business at large.
- Support acquisition strategies with in-depth analyses on critical behavior, as well as channel specific optimization – SEO, paid, content, brand, etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience of working in a B2B software business in analytics/data.
- Excellent skills with analytics tools, fluency with BI/visualization tools such as Looker, knowledge of SQL and other analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal communication, proven team collaboration skills, and demonstrated leadership and influence abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy organization.
