We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Acquisition team at Chennai, working across our product and data teams to accelerate our go-to-market strategies.  This position will closely interact with Data Science, Data Strategy, and Product Development to support our product roadmap and drive customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Contribute to several external data acquisition/partnership initiatives, driving to execution efficiently and effectively in support of Socure’s product suite
• Assist in identifying and researching new data and solution providers to align with product strategy and company's mission
• Work in tandem with our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team to evaluate potential vendors conformity to Socure policies and practices for risk mitigation
• Work with our Legal team on sourcing and review of required legal documents from potential/existing vendors
• Create and maintain internally facing documentation around Socure external data providers and partnerships
• Conduct peer reviews and develop rapport with internal stakeholders 
• Deliver results that demonstrate the value of Socure’s solutions 
• Constantly display an intellectual curiosity and desire for optimization

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or other quantitative field, and/or 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Penchant for clear, concise, and impactful communication to either technical or business audiences
• Demonstrated record of individual achievements and collaborative team successes
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proactive desire to improve processes, products, and deliverables for the benefit of both Socure and Socure customers
• Conceptually sound visionary, omni-directional influencer, and storyteller who stays connected to the details 
• Multi-directional application of data to both test hypotheses and disconfirm beliefs

• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, partnership management, organizational, and communication skills
• Proactive learner following global product, data and technology trends 
• Active participation and demonstration of critical thinking on data strategy

Preferred Qualifications:

• R, Python, Bash, or another scripting language.  
• SQL and RDBMS familiarity.  
• Tableau, Looker, or other related tools
• MS Office or similar presentation suites
• Experience with data intensive analysis
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, OneTrust, Concord
• Manage multiple complex projects
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to adapt to change
