Senior Big Data Developer - Connected Data

The Role
Come and join the small growing team of the Connected Data System in the development of a new big-data analytics system, writing in Java/Scala using Spark(EMR), ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, S3, SQS, and other AWS technologies.

What You'll Do

• Be a significant partner in all development cycles
• Bring your own experience and insights and share them with the team.
• Develop features and components using big-data and cloud technologies

Requirements

• Experience of at least 5 years of Java (or Scala) server-side development.
• Experience in the development of distributed and scalable systems
• Experience with Big data technologies including Spark, ElasticSearch and others
• Have a wide system overview and be a great developer
• Familiarity with various flavors of Linux
• Proven ability to independently deliver projects end-to-end.
• Team player, Love to work with your team and do it well.
• Passionate for developing robust, scalable software systems.
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, fast learner, and open-minded.
