Data Analyst

Location: Netherlands (Remote possible, ability to travel to NL preferred)

Duration: 3 months

Start Date: Mid-May 2021 - August 2021

Our client is a large grocery retailer based in the Netherlands. We are looking for a strong Data Analyst that can support in providing solid data analysis outcomes and recommendations; creating dynamic reports and blueprints (in Excel) and supporting the project lead across broad project tasks. If you are up for a challenging and interesting role, this is for you!

What you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the development of data quality management guidelines, rules, and processes
• Conducting data quality audits and creating dynamic data quality reports
• Supporting the development of data input logic (cross-checks)
• Supporting in developing an implementation plan and IT change request documents

Requirements

Essential qualifications/skills/competencies:

• 3+ years experience in consulting or analytic role (preferably in grocery retail)
  
• Experience within a large scale organisation
• Affinity with large data sets and strong understanding of data relationships and quality 
• Experience in creating reports with data visualization software is useful (e.g. MicroStrategy)
• Experience with Qlikview, Tableau or Power BI is beneficial
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Data Analytics or related field
• Fluent in English (required) and Dutch (preferred)
