Uniphore is looking for Data Curation and Acquisition Manager to join our Data Science Group. Data is the new oil is what they say. At Uniphore, we expect to lead the pack in Conversational AI and take data curation, data engineering and data acquisition seriously. The data can come in many forms - customer data, off-the-shelf datasets, curated data and sometimes simulated data. We are talking data necessary to build, test and deploy AI models in all our products. This program manager is dedicated to managing all resource requirements according to specifications set by the Data Science team, and as a leader of the team, plan the program, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver data resources of high quality in a timely fashion.
Job Description:• Oversee all field data collection projects from customer deployments• Manage privacy and security of data• Develop and manage an accurate data collection and curation project tracking system• Offer creative solutions for solving problems or making improvements• Manage internal annotation teams • When necessary, partner and work with external contractors/vendors• Maintain exceptional quality standards of deliverables for our data needs
Requirements:• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.• 5+ years of technical program management experience. • Bachelor's degree in computer Science or related field.• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.• Prior experience with technical program management in a SAAS or AI Company• Good working knowledge and understanding of Privacy law (e.g. CCPA, GDPR, PCI, HIPAA)• Experience with agile/iterative development and program management methodologies• Experience with project management, SDLC, Agile, release management, and Jira would be a PlusUniphore is a global Conversational AI technology company with offices in the U.S., India and Singapore.
