Turbo is Rappi’s biggest bet of 2021. We are building literally hundreds of dark stores across Latin America in order to enable deliveries in under just 10 minutes. Users will be able to order from a selection of ~1,000 premium products, including fresh fruits and vegetables, imported cheeses, specialty pasta sauces, healthy snacks, top of the line liquor, and even freshly baked bread. This is a value proposition that has truly never been seen before in Latin America and we believe has the potential to completely transform consumption patterns across the region.
Globally, blue chip investors having been pouring money into companies doing similar things such as Getir (Turkey), goPuff (USA), Flink (Germany), Gorillas (Germany), Weezy (UK), Cajoo (France), as well as many others. Additionally, larger players in the delivery space, such as Doordash, Delivery Hero, Glovo, have started to experiment with this model. All signs suggest that we’re at the beginning of a massive wave of innovation.

What this role do?

• What we expect from you:


• The responsibilities include a complete understanding of the business. Data analysts will develop analytical and reporting capabilities, developing actionable insights that contribute to decision-making and strategy design. Developing appropriate KPIs and metrics plan, as well as building dashboards and reports are part of your responsibilities. Will also work with the data scientists to help create and maintain machine learning models. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. A data analyst should be a curious person, who asks questions and constantly looks for answers, flexible to changes and with a great spirit of teamwork.


• • Understand business objectives and design solutions to achieve it, along with the metrics that show their evolution.
• • Develop KPIs and design a measurement plan appropriate to understand results and identify opportunities
• • Design and implement reports and dashboards.
• • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• • Provide actionable insights and give strategic support.
• • Explore and analyze the available data.
• • Understand how data is measured, stored and how it can be related for better use.
• • Propose solutions to the problems faced.
• • Collaborate in the design of predictive models.
• • Work as a team with the different roles involved in the project.
• • Actively participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
