Director, Enterprise Data Analytics

Roles and responsibilities.....

• Help build our businesses by working with the cross-functional areas to determine, assess and report critical insights into the business
• Understand key performance indicators per department at a granular level and at the same time, identifying incremental ways to improve performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product, among other areas to automate reporting and enabling better self-service analytics capabilities for the organization .
• A high level of analysis, strategic orientation, collaboration, attention to detail, prompt and clear communication skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and an orientation toward execution.
• This role requires a strong understanding of (1) the drivers of the business, (2) understanding of data environment to report and assess those drivers, and (3) analytical acumen to connect trends and patterns across the company .
• Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to develop highly engaged teams. You enjoy identifying others strengths and coaching team members to meet their full potential through recognition and feedback.
• Highly efficient, reliable problem-solver who is comfortable navigating new, ambiguous, and / or time-sensitive situations and exercises discretion related to confidential materials and company information.
• Work collaboratively with business leaders and the cross-functional areas to develop strategies to enhance performance and help prioritize resources
• Analyze data to create fact-based recommendations cross-functionally
• Work with business insights to standardize metrics and reporting downstream

About you.....

• 10+ years of relevant experience, leading cross-functional teams with leadership maturity and successful track record in a high growth dynamic environment
• Business Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Consulting, or Investment Banking background
• Experience building, leading, and retaining highly engaged teams
• Familiarity with software subscription business models and the technology industry
• Strong business acumen - understands the business at a holistic level and how each team / initiative impacts the whole
• Client-services oriented - consistently focused on driving outcomes and advising internal business clients 

Although this role is listed as Redwood City, we will consider candidates based anywhere in the US.
