Lead Data Analyst

The central data team is an organization-enabler aiming at systematizing data-driven decisions within Aircall. It plays a key role in impacting product development and business growth by delivering data products, tools and actionable insights.
In this position, you will take the lead of the business analytics stream. You will have to work cross-functionally with the teams that fuel the company revenue such as Sales, Finance, Marketing and Customer Relations and translate their data needs into valuable solutions. On top of that, you will be responsible for establishing analytics best practices and methodology and up-skilling our existing team members. 
We are looking for someone with strong collaboration skills, clear communication and of course a top notch analytics mindset.

Your mission @ Aircall:

• Lead, manage and develop a growing team of 3 amazing data analysts
• Collaborate transversally with business leaders (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer success) to identify growth levers and make sure analysts work on impactful and structuring projects
• Propose and implement valuable projects (churn prediction, marketing mix contribution...)
• Structure the team processes, leverage self-service analytics and a community of data champions to better serve business leaders
• Be responsible for the data governance and quality at all levels of the business organization
• Collaborate with the data engineers to ensure best practices adoption in the analyses & data architecture to constantly improve the data stack and analysts’ productivity
• Develop the data-driven culture at Aircall

A little more about you:

• 5+ years of analytical work experience in an analytical position (Consultant, Analyst, Scientist…)
• Experience in mentoring and managing data analysts
• Strong SQL experience, comfortable using Python for data analysis and BI tools such as Looker
• Data-driven, structured and solution oriented
• Great interpersonal skills, autonomy in stakeholder management
• Fluent in English
