Job Description

Insagic is seeking a talented and motivated Director of Delivery Enablement to join our fast-growing team. As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients and agencies within Publicis Groupe to operate a highly complex data delivery model.  You will also be managing day- to-day projects that use large data assets and proprietary tools to execute solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.    If you are extremely organized, entrepreneurial with a product mindset, and want to make a meaningful difference, we invite you to apply for this exciting and unique opportunity.

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Build, implement and maintain project standards to ensure projects are coordinated and aligned against organizational and project objectives.
• Provide support through training, leading delivery projects, assuring quality, and developing methodologies
•  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to gather project details, requirements and ensure alignment between internal and inter-agency teams.
• Create and maintain Jira boards across all projects with detailed backlogs, code storage, documentation and retrospectives with ongoing improvements across all delivery assignments.
• Prepare, participate and lead project status meetings with multiple clients and across agencies.
• Drafting new and improving existing agile methods and project management office policies and processes.
• Develop roadmaps and lead project planning and initiation including setting deadlines, prioritize tasks, assigning team members to various team members.
• Accurately documenting scope, budget and justification.   

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, business/marketing, mathematics degree/open and flexible.
• 7-10+ years of PMO experience, preferably working across technical, data and analytics teams.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in working with clients in a Project Management Leadership role.  
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and strong use of PM tools (ex: Jira, Excel, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with highly specialized team members including but not limited to technical, data science and data architecture. 
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific health-related conditions is strongly preferred.
