About your future role

Join us and become the new Student Assistant in our People Data & Analytics department within HR. Our mission is to foster a data-driven culture within the HR function and support the Business and People strategy with valid and reliable data-driven insights.

We collaborate closely across the department with HR Services, our partners in Group HR and managers across the global organization.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Supporting stakeholders with monthly reports
• Supporting stakeholders with ad-hoc reports
• Supporting the Data Management Team with gathering and controlling data
• Supporting the People Analytic Team with updating reporting packages

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• You are student enrolled at a university 
• Full English proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding
• Structured mindset and not afraid of working in IT-systems
• An open-minded, sociable and well-organized person who is up to the task of working with data
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
