Data Operations Analyst

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• The Data Operations Analyst will be expected to provide high-quality, accurate and timely reports within agreed timelines to support the business in running its operational processes and decision-making
• Collaborate with different departments to fully understand business processes and their data requirements
• Test new system features to ensure data is being correctly captured
• Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations

• You can identify and escalate data quality issues when they arise and with guidance, contribute to solution to improve data quality and adhere to best practices
• You have a good knowledge of SQL and can use version control to ensure accessibility and reproducibility.
• You have experience with Excel and Looker to analyse and visualise data
• You know how to use the most appropriate medium to visualize data to tell compelling and actionable stories relevant for business goals
• You are experienced in storytelling and working with stakeholders
