As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be part of a fun team which will be working to support all business functions with but not limited to Risk/Operations/Marketing focus in Funding Societies. In short, the function of a data analyst is to understand the needs of the business and use data to derive a solution that you will then present, implement, and track and add value to the company and its performance. In addition to having a knack for problem-solving, it is crucial that you are willing to learn, understand, and hear the needs of our people.

What will you do:

• Work as a Lead Data Analyst, primarily focusing on the operations domain.
• Build new frameworks for monitoring but not limited Operational risks.
• Help in report automation and reduce manual reporting.
• Partner with business teams to develop key metrics for measuring success
• Analyze large amounts of data from a wide variety of sources to discover insights into the risk of borrowers, as well as the operations of the company
• Communicate actionable and accurate insights to business stakeholders, including senior management
• Flexible and eager to learn different domains within bank.
• Eager to learn different tools/technology in analytics spaces
• Lead a small team of junior DA and Senior DA.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• SQL
• Python
• Experience in working BI Tool (Qlik, powerBI, Tableau etc )
• Analytical mindset
• SDLC process/ Agile methodology
• User and stakeholder management.
• Clear and concise communication
• Great team player
• Leadership skill
• Domain expertise.( good to have Operation domain, but not mandatory).
• Data modeling/warehouse experience
