Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting challenge in which you can contribute your expertise in the field of data engineering and thus drive forward data-oriented development? Then you've come to the right place! In this role, you will work closely with experts from the fields of Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering and DevOps and play a key role in shaping the technological future of ADFERENCE.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Together with your small team, you take ownership of our cloud data platform and develop it further with a view to performance, scalability and reliability
• You support our feature teams in their work with our data warehouse
• You extend our infrastructure with new data services and tools and are involved hands-on in their implementation 
• You work with a modern tech stack, e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Terraform and Kubernetes on AWS

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

• You have already had the opportunity to support the development of a cloud data platform from strategy to implementation
• You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the areas of data warehouses, data services and data pipelines
• You have experience with AWS and Snowflake and you like to stay up-to-date with new developments in this area
• Your experience with ETL/ELT patterns or ML pipelines is an extra plus 
• You are a communication talent and can therefore convey know how and process change in the area of data engineering to the development teams
• You are fluent in written and spoken English
