As a key member of our product and analytics team, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist who will lead our algorithmic efforts in support of our product-led digital transformation.


As a builder and a leader, you’ll be creating machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. As you work as a consultant with multiple product groups and stakeholders, you’ll be able to help frame needs as data science problems and execute on them. In addition, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to discover and recommend algorithmic solutions that include unsupervised algorithms, forecasting, and experimentation. You’ll interact with stakeholders in product, engineering, operations, and sales to build a data-driven culture and deploy ML solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy ML/AI solutions and measure their impact on the business
  • Act as a consultant for experimentation strategies (A/B testing, causal inference)
  • Design and implement an MLOps workflow and infrastructure needed to deliver models
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities through analysis of complex data sets
  • Identify data to integrate from various back-end services and databases
  • Provide quality assurance for delivered models
  • Identify opportunities to improve data, products, and business processes

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience as a data scientist or machine learning engineer in a senior level role
  • Expert level proficiency and experience with SQL (Snowflake)
  • Expert level proficiency and experience in Python and/or R
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Top-notch analytic skills, including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative work environment and work cross-functionally
  • Experience with forecasting and time series analysis is a plus
  • Knowledge of Tableau or other BI tools is a plus
