If you’re keen to join, we’re looking for a Data Analyst (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. 

In this role, you will support our hospitality customer division in making customer centric data driven decisions.This will be accomplished by performing deep dives into customer data, linking different data tables and mining for insights. The final step will be presenting customer insights findings to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role is solution oriented and process-driven, you have excellent communication and time management skills. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Conduct integral analysis of quantitative results to construct explanations and client segment recommendations
• Develop and test alternative quantitative methodologies and analysis, e.g., segmentation, survey, design, NPS, CSAT etc.
• Implement quantitative methodologies to be adopted within the hospitality customer division
• Develop and maintain data models in different platforms such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, Google sheets.
• Assist on client work when non-standard analyses are needed
• Act as a bridge between the Enterprise data team and our hospitality team members for all things data

• Supporting strategic hospitality-focused projects
• Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role 

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

• Previous experience in quantitative analysis
• Proficient to advanced skills with Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Advanced skills with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficient to advanced skills with statistical software and languages (R, Python, SQL)
• Ability to work effectively in a Mac and Google Workspace computing environment
• Experience with machine learning and AI is a bonus but not required

Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
