Your Purpose 

The purpose for this role is to improve and increase the data analytics either in Customer Support and KYC areas. We are seeking to be day by day more Data Driven in every decision we take and this position will help to gain useful and deep data to achieve that. Also, the second purpose or scope of this position is to be the operational focal of our CRM platform, improving and solving any frictions/pains that we may have.

Who You Are 

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection. 

  • At least more than 2 years in similar positions. 
  • Proven track record in analyzing and presenting data.
  • Proven knowledge of SQL.
  • Analytic, constructive and simplified thinking. 
  • Problem solving capability (Having a course related with this can be a plus)
  • Strong communication skills. Excellent written and verbal.
  • Spanish and English speaker.
  • Passion for customer services and user experience.

What You Will Do 

  • Make deep dive analysis and identify main frictions points of our users
  • Identify improvement opportunities to have better and faster data. 
  • Be the custodial of Customer Support and KYC Data, assuring that the info that we are sharing is accurate. 
  • Make high quality presentations to show the findings of the improvement opportunities identified
  • Be the operational focal of our CRM platform (Zendesk) not only internally but also with our providers. 
  • Seek for improvement opportunities related to our CRM platform, trying to solve problems and issues that we may face. Do benchmark to find best practices in the market.
  • Collaborate with CSAT & NPS to achieve better results w/each improvement and implementation
