Job Description

The Specification Coordinator – Data Management role will coordinate multifunctional teams to support data review and updates for an upcoming data migration. This role will work with groups including Product Developers, Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory, and Documentation Subject Matter experts to manage project and timelines and specification updates due to business needs. This will involve collaborating with both external and internal partners to gather and verify specific information and ensure alignment across multiple systems to assure approval. Familiarity with ProductVision is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work across different teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously   
  • Experience in training peers or internal team members on new processes
  • Demonstrates a strong team-oriented focus
  • Provide project status updates to client on a minimum of a weekly basis
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); active listening skills
  • Flexible and creative; able to handle changing priorities and solve problems creatively under deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Have insight into when issues need to be escalated due to client's changing business needs 
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the Product Lifecycle Management and/or Product Development of CPG foods
  • Expertise in working with a variety of food ingredients (including grains, sugars, spices, and other commodities)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

Position is Full-Time, contract (through mid-October) , Monday-Friday, First Shift, with additional hours, as needed.  This is a fully remote role.
