Customer Experience Metrics Data Analyst

What’s the big idea?

We analyze customer data using metrics, visualization and data science to better understand and create value for our customers.

What will you be doing?

Some of the core duties include:

• Data manipulation and feature development to inform machine learning models
• Dashboard design, development and maintenance
• Data analysis
• Insight development and data storytelling

Who will you work with?

You will collaborate with a variety of stakeholders: customer-facing staff, business managers, market researchers and data scientists. You will work directly with a senior CX Metrics Team Member to support initiatives and build your craft.

Requirements

Your most important attribute is your curiosity and resourcefulness; you aren’t afraid of getting your hands dirty extracting, formatting and cleaning the data; torture the data for insights but also collaborate with others to ensure a deep understanding of the customer’s context and identify the “real” problem to solve. Any of the following technical skills are considered an asset:

• Experience w/ data wrangling (some knowledge of SQL a must)
• Experience with data / statistical analysis (use of Google BigQuery, Python, R or SAS an asset)
• Experience building dashboards (use of Google BigQuery or Tableau an asset)
