Our Data Analyst - Business Intelligence will be responsible for helping some of the biggest clients in South East Asia turn their data into magical solutions! By magical solutions we mean: turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.

Key responsibilities for this role would include creating dashboards and providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations and business reviews.

What are the responsibilities of a Data Analyst - Business Intelligence?

In this role, you will get to:

• Gather information from clients and map business requirements to technical requirements
• Gather data, transform and aggregate from external and internal sources
• Develop dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems and recommendations based on relevant data to clients
• Combine data analytics and data visualization techniques to support the team to develop analysis report
• Organize and present data in a clear, concise manner

Requirements for this role are: 

• At least 3 years experience in business data, data visualization and storytelling with data
• Good or Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik sense
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
• Ability to connect BI tools with various data sources
• Experience in retail domain preferred
• Strong communication skills, verbally and written
• Ability to take a leadership role when necessary
• Ability to present to an executive at a business level
• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
