You will be part of agile/scrum ceremonies and will work as a contributor within these ceremonies. You will support a team of Data Scientists while building and deploying software to support image processing.
Within three months, you will have ingrained yourself with your project and its goals, while developing strong relationships within and outside of your team.
Within one year, you will have worked across various client and internal Levvel teams to build solutions, whether those be for clients or for internal initiatives. As a seasoned engineer at Levvel, you will have engaged internally to foster and develop your skill sets and invested time in honing new ones. Required Skills:
- Proven development experience using Python
- Experience with RESTful APIs and/or full-stack applications using a Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
- Experience developing applications on Linux
- Familiar with modern server scaling technologies on Linux such as async and multi-threading
- Experience with AWS
- Experience building low-latency upload functionality in AWS
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines that support on-prem deployments
- Experience with image processing
- Ability to generate time estimates for technical tasks
- Collaborate and provide development insights to members of a cross-functional agile team
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of data science development environments
- Experience with data modeling for data warehousing
- Logistics Experience
- Experience on/or supporting data science teams
