What we are looking for:
A newly created role, you will be a key part in providing Xero with the customer insights required to make evidence-based decisions. You will get to explore and analyse the different datasets at Xero, with the aim of deriving greater meaning from Voice of Customer insights. 
Success in this role will  be shaped by your ability to connect data, analyse and find relevant insights to report on. You’ll be comfortable working in big data tables, looking for clues and trends. You will also play a key role in supporting the ongoing operation of Xero’s strategic NPS program and key growth initiatives. 
This role will be based in Auckland, Wellington or Melbourne
What you’ll do:• Work collaboratively with the Voice of Customer and Insights team to deliver insights and reporting• Work closely with data teams to identify and connect key datasets• Deeply analyse our NPS data to identify trends and causes• Identify the ‘so what’ - and make recommendations for key stakeholders to action• Support the ongoing operation of Xero’s strategic NPS program
What you’ll bring:• Experience with, Salesforce, SQL, Q, SPSS, Excel, or Micro-strategy - desirable • Proven ability at evaluating and presenting on business performance and growth opportunities • Skilled in using data to incite discussion and agreement on the best course of action• Hunger and passion to drive best practice, both delivered by agencies and within the insight process• A natural curiosity and passion for diving into data
