We're looking for a Data Analyst to help our team collect and analyze user data from our community of 6+ million social media influencers. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in user data, marketing research, sampling, and is comfortable using Excel.

We're looking for a Data Analyst to help our team collect and analyze user data from our community of 6+ million social media influencers. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in user data, marketing research, sampling, and is comfortable using Excel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze member data from Influenster platform activity and social media accounts to determine who will be included in upcoming marketing (VoxBox) campaigns.
- Utilize internal data tools to create and send surveys to Influenster members to determine VoxBox eligibility.
- Provide strategic input in optimizing the campaign selection process.
- Perform ad-hoc research requests regarding campaigns and members.
- Develop a strong understanding of Influenster’s business and internal systems.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience doing quantitative and qualitative analysis in an analytical role
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets is preferred but not required.
- Very familiar with Excel
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
- Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Hard worker with the commitment to perform tasks within the deadline.
- Proactive problem solver.
